Terms of service

These starter terms describe the current product behavior and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a commercial launch.

The service

Plukky helps you find equivalent catalog tracks and add them between playlists on connected YouTube and SoundCloud accounts. Matches are heuristic and may be unavailable or incorrect. You must review selections before applying a sync.

Your accounts and instructions

You must have authority to connect each provider account and comply with the applicable Google, YouTube, and SoundCloud terms. Plukky performs account changes only after an action you deliberately initiate. You remain responsible for playlists created or modified through your account.

Additive behavior

The current service adds selected tracks and skips detected duplicates. It does not automatically delete tracks. Catalog availability, regional restrictions, provider quotas, and API changes may prevent some matches or operations.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse rate limits, bypass provider restrictions, interfere with the service, access another person’s account, automate unlawful activity, or use Plukky to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Third-party services

Google, YouTube, and SoundCloud are independent services with their own terms, privacy policies, catalogs, and availability. Plukky is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers. Their APIs may change or become unavailable.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every track will match or every sync will complete. Review the destination playlist after each operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service, or to comply with law and platform rules. You can stop using Plukky at any time and delete your account from the Account page.
